 | SPROUTERS. The kinds of sprouts we are talking about are not the green Brussels sprouts that appear around Christmas! The sprouts we are talking about are very young, recently sprouted (germinated) seedlings from various seeds, beans and grains, such as alfalfa, chickpea, sunflower and buckwheat. These young sprouts are a superb source of high quality nutrition. Growing your own is a simple, enjoyable and very economical way of providing a nutritious and delicious addition to your diet all year round. We provide you with a choice of different types of sprouters to suit your needs. |
 | JUICERS. Fresh
juices extracted from vegetables, some fruits, sprouts and greens such as
wheatgrass enable us to get all the benefits of their concentrated nutrients in
an easily-assimilated form. They are digested immediately and begin cleansing
and healing much quicker than the same whole foods could begin to work. Juicing
is not the same thing as blending. A blender uses the whole fruit or vegetable
including the fibre, whereas a juicer extracts only the liquid, leaving the
cellulose or fibre behind. |
 | BLENDERS. Blenders
make smoothies, raw vegetable soups, dips, sauces, desserts, and much more by
blending (liquefying) the whole food including the fibre. Many of the cheaper
blenders on the market only have small motors which burn out very quickly. They
also have limited blending capacity so that sauces and soups are often
unpleasantly ‘bitty’ instead of divinely smooth. All our blenders are of
commercial quality, with robust, super powered motors which will last for years.

 | SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT. Our
specialist equipment section has been added to provide you with certain items
which are not so commonly available, but are particularly useful in the
transition to a live food diet. As with all our products, we have selected only
those which provide the best value and quality. |
